Refund and Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our main focus. If because of some reason our customer is not pleased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and after getting due feedback from the customer. Request all customers to read the fine prints of each product before buying it. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund are as follows:

Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel the order by contacting us via email at orders@nativeflavours.in before their order is shipped. We usually ship the orders after 5 days from the date of the order and the cancellation request comes by then will be eligible for full refund. Even otherwise please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do the best for you. 


Refund Policy
As we mentioned earlier, customer satisfaction is most important to us, be it in the product or service. In case of deficiency in either we can provide a refund, partly or fully. We will try our best to satisfy our customers. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment directly from the bank account then refund will be made to the same account. Alternatively, we can replace the product with the one they bought or with any other product of their choice.
